45 min of detailed demonstration
45 min in class guided practice
30 mindfulness, feedback, and Q&A.

Live Online Learning

Each session provides an optimal online learning experience, featuring yoga practice with Ashwini, a fun focussed step by step demo, guided student practice, breathing and Q&A segment.

Lifetime Recording

Recordings are available indefinitely for review if you miss a Zoom session. While live attendance is encouraged, please reach out for support if you cannot attend any sessions.

Week 1 - Chickadee

  • Sketch: How to draw pencil outline of the chickadee, emphasizing basic shapes.

Week 3 - Stellar Jay

  • Palette: How to select shades of blue, black, gray, and touches of white for striking color.

  • Painting: how to layer colors to achieve depth and realism, emphasizing the bird's vibrant blue.

Week 2 - Cardinal

  • Sketch: How to draw pencil outline of the chickadee, emphasizing basic shapes.

  • Palette: How to use shades of red, black, gray, and hints of orange for vibrant accents.
