    • All you need is a comfortable space to move, a water bottle, and a passion for dance! Comfortable clothing and supportive footwear are also recommended.

    • Each class is approximately 30 minutes long, with time for warm-up, choreography practice, and cool-down, you won’t believe how many calories you can burn within just 30 minutes with bollywood dance and leave the class feeling rejuvinated!

  • Yes! There will be live interaction with Ashwini after the class, so you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect with peers in real time.
